HORRIBLE SERVICE

Description: I was expecting delivery of my parcel from 13-14 December 2021 in Tzaneen, but since then there has been one story to another from Aramex Polokwane. At one point they were saying the delay is because the delivery address is on outside laying areas. On 20 December 2021 they indicated that they would deliver before close of business on 21 December 2021, which did not happen, now they are saying it will be before 22 December 2021, which no one knows if it will happen.
