Horrible Horrible Service! Rude email!

I am so highly disappointed in one of the Aramex employees at Jhb branch...I received an sms on the 6th of June for a shipment I am waiting for. The sms claimed that Aramex tried contacting me but couldn't get hold of me. Which is a lie because they never tried contacting me in any way prior to that. I was told to email my import code OR my SA ID to sandisiwe at Aramex. Since the sms looked shady, I sent the only order code I had for my package, same day.

2 days later, I still hadn't had any response from sandisiwe, so I decided to call Aramex yesterday to enquire about this. The consultant I spoke to told me that they needed my ID number to process my shipment and I told her that the sms gave me an option of my import code or ID and I sent what I felt what safest but seeing I was on a legit line with them, I gave her my ID number which she added on the system and told me she was forwarding it to sandisiwe and 2 other agents so someone could respond to me. Mind you, I made the call with my own airtime (spent 14mins on this call), to follow up on my shipment after seeing that sandisiwe was not responding to my email.

After all that, less than 5mins after ending the call with the consultant, I get an email from sandisiwe, rude as hell with unnecessary highlights. Above being rude, it was unintelligent because she tells me the number I should have sent is the same number they gave me as a shipment code, whereas the sms requested an IMPORT CODE or my SA ID number, I was given an option. In my response I stated how rude her email was and I hope her managers can give her some email etiquette training because she clearly has none.

I still have not heard anything from her still. Today I asked my sister to do the follow up for me seeing I'd be caught up in meetings most of the day, again I get feedback she was rude to my sister!!! What a horrible name she has made for Aramex at my first encounter with this company. I guess this lady has a bass mentality coz apparently she treats white people with more respect than she does us blacks. Sies!
