Horrible experience with Aramex

Having the worst experience with the service from Aramex, I’ve been waiting for my delivery for more than 5 days now, on their website when I track my parcel it said I should expect my parcel two days ago and I’ve still not gotten it, it’s really frustrating cause I mean there’s something important there and they really not being inconsiderate, I’ve been trying to call their call centers for day and they never answer, I’ve never experienced such with other delivery companies and I should say I’ll never ever use Aramex and I shall advise other people to stop using Aramex cause they will regret
