HORRIBLE, DISPECABLE, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY BY ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA!

An order was placed through Virgin Exclusive Hair in Westrand-of Gauteng and package was collected by ARAMEX South Africa per DBP ********** 8343 on 20 December 2018 to be delivered in Kempton Park in the East Rand. To date the parcel has not been delivered. Numerous calls were made and dealt with grossly *********** staff from Austin, Violen who advised that parcel was given to a 3rd party and they tried to call 8 times and spoke to Orian who promised to phone in 10 -15 minutes on 30 December 2018. When I asked who the Supervisor or Managers on Standby was told Tozama and Laurens who too did not return my calls. Was told that Madoda is the Manager busy on line, other staff told me that he is not even at work. Simply put, this is a horrible service at epic proportion and no sense of URGENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY besides being on telephone for more than 2 hours with various individuals and calls further on 29 December 2018 and staff did not attend to escalation route.
