Horrible customer support.

Two packages ordered on 19th November from Amazon. Both arrived in South Africa at the Sam time and only one got delivered early December. Still waiting on the other one. I get different responses from different customer service agents. No updates, absolutely horrible service. No timeliness, nothing. I understand the situation with COVID-19 and all but this is getting unacceptable now. On Amazon it says the latest the package will arrive is 7th January. I highly doubt that.
