Horrible customer service from Aramex

For the past 4 days I have been trying to contact Aramex using ********** 520 I was transferred from one department to the nexflt without help, I have been expecting my parcel for a week now. I also emailed them and no reply from Aramex. Eventually when I did get hold of some lady she made me hold for 10 minutes!!!!!, and just told me the third party will call me, just like that!!!!!, such a poor customer service. All I want is my parcel!!!!
