Horrible customer service

These guys are terrible. I sent a local parcel 3 days ago and i see no updates when i track my parcel. No one responds to emails and you wait for long periods to get any help. My client has been waiting for her parcel. Because of this inefficiencies i might have to refund this client. Its really terrible.
