Horrible customer service

I have 2 parcels pending delivery from them. Based on their tracker the first parcel is in Dubai since 13 July 2020, I have followed up with then and i am not getting any response or updates. The second parcel is tracking that it's in JHB since 12 August 2020. I'm frustrated by this poor service.
