Horrible customer service

<p>Aramex has failed to deliver a parcel that was sent to them four months ago. No one from their customer service cared to inform m that my parcel was held at customs clearance ,upon finding this I've been sent from pillar to post. Enquiries are not attended to ,it takes them weeks to respond to emails . i have been pleading with their customer service to attend to my case but,that has proved to be futile.Four months later my parcel has not been delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their customer service is unsatisfactory!!!</p>
