Horrible customer experience

If I could rate Aramex a minus one, I would. A horrible customer service experience. I opened my account and never got to use it. Next thing, three times I got parcels delivered to me that were not mine. I got frustrated and ****ed off by the admin of having to return these. For a year I have requested to close the account and get my refund back, in vain. These people don't seem to know what they are doing.
