Horrible and ************ service from Aramex South Africa

I imported a $100 shipment from USA through Aramex South Africa. It took a week for the shipment for the shipment to be in South Africa according to their tracking. Thereafter there was no contact for more than 2 weeks. Last week I contacted them and spoke one Sandisiwe who claimed she was in charge of my shipment clearance. In the most disrespectful and aggressive call, she claimed that she was off sick hence she couldn't clear the shipment. Only after the long call did she send me a clearance form.

After 4 days I got an outrageous R2400 customs bill. With my experience and information from customs a shipment of $100 doesn't pay that kind of duties. I have asked them for customs declaration forms with reply from Aramex.

In no doubt, this the worst service from such a "big" company
