Horrible and miserable service

I honestly have no idea how this company is surviving in South Africa. From my experience, courier companies in Zimbabwe operate more efficiently. From delayed flights, to unprofessional consultants, to management who have no hands on approach. Second time around … same nonsense! From my cellphone calls and having to fetch my own parcels … I can only say the quicker they shut doors the better off the customers who use them will benefit.
