We have investigated the situation related to the damage of your shipment and would formally like to provide you with the following response.
When signing the waybill and dropping the package into the Aramex Drop Box you have accepted the legal and binding terms and conditions that clearly state that Insurance is not offered on this service. Should additional insurance be required it is advisable to contact your nearest Aramex Office for assistance on moving the shipment on an alternative service.
Furthermore by signing the terms and conditions you are also agreeing that the shipment contents have been sufficiently and thoroughly packaged to avoid damages or breakages. During the lifecycle of a package it is handled by various hands and carriers and while we handle all shipments with care the onus is on the customer to ensure it is securely packaged.
