********** "non-service" don't waste your money

If it was possible to give no star I would. Really ********** service from this provider (cannot even say service provider cause no service whatsoever was rendered). Took my precious time to try and get an urgent package sent from Polokwane to Johannesburg, to be delivered morning of today. Cut a long story short, promised delivery of 10:00am on the 19th (today) has not been met and I'm now worried this package will now only arrive on Tues 23rd since Monday is a holiday. I made 4 calls requesting status update and I was promised by 3 different call agents (post escalating at 09:30) that the package would definitely be delivered by 17:00. It is now 20:22, besides waiting for the very busy managers to call me post escalation, the package hasn't been delivered.

I would say do not waste your money on using this company that fails to hold to their word or even their operating procedure/schedule.

Really disgruntled and will never even consider using this company ever. I sit here and have not even received a notification nor the recipient received any communication of the package having even left it's place of origin.
