Hopeless, don't care and wanna-help" attitude - just useless.

If there was a "no star" option, then I would have grabbed it. An ordered item via Amazon (a plain old DVD) was held up at Customs at OR Tambo - we asked help from Aramex South Africa and initially, we were pushed from Andre to Mark who suggested we "sort it out with Customs ourselves." Living 1200kms away that was not an option, but we were finally assisted by Gunter who promised to arrange an appointment for inspection - we were elated, only to call back a week later - his memory had to be refreshed as to who we were, let alone where our parcel was. Less than hopeless - considering that they had been paid for shipping by Amazon.
