<p>Avoid using this company - It is the worst courier company I have ever used.</p> <p>It has been 7 days since my parcel cleared customs.</p> <p>The parcel still hasn't been forwarded from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I had to request invoicing so I could pay Vat and duties. Then no correspondence - still waiting.</p> <p> </p>

As per our discussion with you, the delay appears to have been cause by our team in that we did not get the Customs paperwork and invoice to you within the appropriate time frame. This is currently being dealt with and necessary corrective measures will be implimented.
We can confirm that the parcel is on delivery this morning to you and we will ensure that we deliver this before the agreed upon time.
