Honestly Unbelievable!

After complaining to Aramex South Africa's (Sakhile Simelane) for taking incredibly long to deliver a parcel with no movement since the 9th, she had the nerve to tell me that she will be transferring the parcel to the government ware house with no explanation why she is doing this. And then she tells me to contact my supplier for a refund. I honestly can not believe what just happened!!!
