Holding our parcels hostage after being paid for delivery!!!!!!

This is now the second time that I have an issue with you people! the first time you had my parcel it took you two weeks to deliver. My father has a parcel that has been sitting with you for nearly a month now. and yet you very boldly offer lightening fast service...lightening fast my ass! I dont know if you are holding onto our parcels in the hopes that the government will ban alcohol sales again, and your staff will benefit from the wine that we paid for. Delivery fees have been paid your coffers are getting fat we the assholes must just wait and hope and pray that you decide to do your jobs! It is hopeless to call your call center because you hold on for ever!!! by the time a consultant answers you may have decided to deliver or better yet the corona virus may have a cure! you are absolutely pathetic to say the least. I am very surprised that you are still in business considering your service is so absolutely pathetic, or perhaps because it is not a South African owned company,youre still able to stay afloat! The reference numbers for the parcels that you are holding hostage for God knows what reason are *** and ***. I will continue to post on every platform i see fit and have no issue in emailing your CEO whose email address I have access to.
