Hijacked parcel

I wait weeks upon weeks after seeing that my parcel hadn’t moved from their warehouse, despite me paying (a ridiculous amount) for clearance. Eventually after emailing them, my parcel is out for delivery. Four days later, I contact them again asking about it and I get a call saying the truck had been hijacked. I researched this and it appears to be a common theme for them. Worst company, with the reviews they have I don’t know why they still bother.
