Highly don't recommend using Aramex

I have spent countless hours on hold trying to get ahold of a call center agent. One of my packages I was told has incorrect contents in my sleeve how does that even happen?? My other parcel was handed to a 3rd party and they have not attempted to deliver but instead when tracking the parcel it went from JHB to DUR back to JHB and no attempt of communication has been made to me. It's been over an entire month. Customer service is so poor and I am highly disappointed. I've used Aramex countless times but after this incident never again. But at this point I want my packages so this back and forth can be done.
