Highly disappointed missed delivery.

I am very upset and disappointed at the service at Aramex delivery services. Have order from the Netherlands at the beginning of December the 06 to be precise.

I have had random delivery drivers call my daughter on many occasions advising on the delivery and not happening.

I am a stage where they must now return my daughters hard earned money.

I have contacted the customer support and got more promises of a delivery in this week to my daughters disappointment. She waiting all day at home to no avail.
