High level of incompetence, unprofessionalism and poor customer service

Worst courier company I know to date! They sent me an sms on 2 July 2020 to inform me that my parcel is out for delivery which they were supposed to deliver by 1 July 2020. The parcel is apparently from Sandhurst (Sandton) and it has been out for delivery on 2 July 202 just to 1250 Pickerel cnr Pearleye ,Sky City (Palm Ridge), Alberto, 1449. I never received the parcel even today! tracking number ***. It took them morethan a day from Sandhurst to my address I wonder what is it that they are using to deliver my parcel.
