High five to Lishane at Pretoria branch!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Lishane from the Pretoria branch… this guy resolved my issue from mid-December within one phone call after I had been calling since 23 December with call center agents not getting to the bottom of what was happening. I even got cut off during the call with Lishane, but he continued with resolving my issue and I received my parcel the next day. This is the guy you want to work your case!!
