High additional chargers with no explanation, refuse to communicate and stole the money

Aramex overcharged me by R1000 and when i enquired they acknowledge it and went silent. All follow-ups about this R1000 overcharged on my shipment was met with no response. They billed my account and stole my money. This was extra on top of the shipping fee and custom duties. Those were billed and then decided to add an extra R1000 labeled as "Additional". They could not clarify what the additional is, why there is an additional charge. The item was R700 and the shipping already costed R1000 and the customs was then charged at R1000 too? How does that add up? Customs is higher than the product? Then on top of all that, they added another R1000 charge. Imagine paying R3000 in shipping fees, customs and "additional" for a simple piece of plastic, not even dangerous goods, electronics, batteries or liquids. Not even large or heavy. Do not use as they will ***** and overcharge you.
