Hideous service levels

I’ve been waiting for delivery from Graham Beck from the beginning of level 3 of lockdown, according to regulations delivery occurs Mon - Thurs and they had said it will take 5 - 10 days to deliver unlike the normal 24hrs but it’s now day 27 and all they do is give one excuse after the other. When I track my parcel it says out for delivery since last Thursday but still nothing received. I’m beyond peeved or disappointed this is utter nonsense lockdown regulations or not, their service levels are hideous
