Hi I am so disappointed with Aramex

Hi I am so disappointed with Aramex. It'd Been over a month and I have not received my order. They kept me on hold for such a long time whrn I wanted to know about my order. What's worse when I FINALLY got through it was a horrible back and forth for me to Pay the customs fees and get to know where my order is. It's been almost 4 weeks from expected delivery and I have still not received my order. I have sent emails but they just ignore me
