HELD IN CUSTOMS FOR 10 DAYS???

Its no wonder this company does not respond on here,..

I ordered a package directly from Nike, It was timeously in south africa. Its been held in customs for 10 days, aramex has never taken it upon themselves to contact me. i had to contact them on 3 occasions, each time stating they require my ID number to update the system, each time there was no difference. Today they give me the number for customs and tell me to contact them directly. Are you kidding me?

I have been in contact with Nike customer services, they are reviewing their use of this company for international orders . Please avoid this company at all costs.
