Haven't received my parcel yet the courier guy decided not to deliver them

My orders arrived yesterday the courier guy decided not to deliver them to the address,I'm at pta right now gave him the numbers of the person who's at home still he didn't go.I called him yesterday he said I should tell the person who'll receive them to call him at 12pm he'll be around my place the person did he didn't respond,I sent him an sms no reply worst part right now his phone is on voice-mail and those are my orders they cost 2.7K from Shein . I'm very hurt
