Haven't received my package from useless Aramex

I bought a pair of shoes through Yaga and used this useless delivery service. The shipment was so called created on the 2nd of May. I tracked that. But the useless agents can't even track my damn parcel. They want a waybill number. What waybill number? All I have is a tracking number. So someone stole or lost my package. I'm furious. I want my package. I used Aramex twice before and had no problems. The packages arrived quicker and I was informed via email. So what is going on? Did you idiots ***** or lose my package. Find it or I'll be reporting this to the police. I'll never use you around delivery service again. Your agents are pathetic. I even sent a screenshot to them about the tracking. It was done on the 2nd of May. They didn't even bother to look at that. Useless bunch of mother f*****s. I'm so angry 😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬. You better find it or there will be consequences.
