Hate Aramex

I hate Aramex with my whole being... I use Aramex to courier products to my clients for my business all my parcels have never reached my clients... been a month now and everytime I enquire about it I get asked the same questions which are irritating and show no interest in assist finding my parcels.... at some stage I received a call from JHB from a person who has recieved the parcel which was meant to be delivered in PMB tried to tell Aramex and give them the person who called me the number so it can be east to track and return my parcel, but what did they do,kept asking me recorded questions like robots and fails to reason like humans. This are very expensive parcels but Aramex does not give a ****.....
