Has Aramex finally closed down???

If this company wasn't the cheapest courier for me I wouldn't go anywhere near them. I have a parcel that arrived at OR Tambo on the 23rd November and that is the last update on their system. I've sent an email to their group accounts and raised a query through their site (CaseReference:JNB/1220/1196) and absolutely no response at all. Has Aramex finally given up and closed??
