Great service!

I am in Cape Town and sold textbooks to someone in Durban which was despatched via Aramex, late on Friday afternoon 05 March 2021. At Checkers they made me aware that the box will only be emptied on Monday, 08 March 2021. It was my first time using this service and when I got home; my partner alerted me to all the bad Aramex reviews on Hello Peter. I was incredibly fearful as I did not want "bad service" to impact on my integrity as I had given my word that I will courier the books and I had already received payment for it. Needless to say, the books were delivered on Wednesday, 10 March 2021 without incident. I am by no means invalidating the complaints made on this platform against this provider - all I am saying is that my first experience with Aramex was a good one. I will continue using this provider until they disprove this theory. Well done Aramex!
