I requested a quotation via the Aramex web site. It did take quite a long time to get the quotation, however when I phoned Aramex to ask a question, the agent that answered was pleasant and was able to transfer the call to Mr Das without any issues. He was well spoken and very helpful as well as being able to locate the quotation using my first name (no complicated reference numbers). He talked me through everything I need to have in order to ship a parcel internationally.<br> <br> After emailing my acceptance and proof of payment much later in the day, my phone rang within 30 minutes to confirm pickup.<br> <br> This is in stark contrast to DHL who always bungles my shipments.<br> <br> I have brought in may parcels from overseas with Aramex and I've never had any isues. Your drivers are great and even remembered my work address a month later and came straight there to deliver a parcel to me rather than try my house first.
