Great customer service

There was an issue with a parcel I sent in Johannesburg, and I couldn't get hold of anyone at their office. I resorted to a Facebook message. Someone called JT responded within 10 minutes, was in constant communication thereafter and my issue was sorted out very quickly. The 5 stars are for JT. Thank you!
