Graduation day savior

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing lady Nomahlubi Mkhuzangwe from Aramex South Africa who went above and beyond to assist me. My graduation hair order was delayed, and with my graduation the next day, I was extremely stressed. She escalated my issue, pushed for my customs clearance, and thanks to her dedication, my brother was able to collect the package from the depot in time.
