Goods disappear with Aramex courier

In Nov I bought goods which Aramex was supposed to deliver in Dec. I called in Jan they said the item had been delivered and signed for. For the past two months I have been waiting for feedback as a supervisor said she would investigate (after I called the second time!!!!) Items vanish into thin air when you use Aramex services
