Goods delivered but damaged

Sent goods from East London to Durban in July, goods delivered but damaged. I went to Postnet to complain they asked me to mail Aramex with pics. which I did . I have mailed them on 27 July and since then I have asked for feedback every other day but no response. I have also phoned their office in East London no answer. Service is not acceptable. They should get 0 star/s.
