good ****** by aramex stuff

I have iteams ****** from my parcel by aramex stuff, I am regular transporting my business goods with aramax ,I had 2 incident were I found goods missing from my packages, upon inspection of the package I discovered that the parcel was tempted with, I asked the sender to send me a video footage if him packaging the parcel and it was discovered that the parcel was not in same condition as it was when sent, then I complained to the branch I received the parcel from and they sad they will investigate, Second incident when the parcel arrived at the depot aramex called me to come and open the parcel in there office with them to insure that my parcel was not tempered with the second time and we recorded a video while inspection was being conducted and we discovered that the parcel was again tempered with and there missing items from the parcel. The parcel was cut open and resealed with a clear tape this evidence was discovered with the branch manager present, then he sad to me he will conduct the investigation, this morning I sent the branch manager an email request feedback on the investigation and he sad unfortunately they can not be help responsible for them missing iteams which was ****** by there drivers, and he continued to say I am harassing him when I say I demand answers about my good that went missing in there hands, I am writing to hello Peter as my second attempt to get my missing goods back, if this fails the I have no choice but to turn to the media. The waybill numbers for both parcels missing goods are as follows shipment DBP*** and DBP***.
