Good Shipment

I had an item sent to Aramex Saratoga USA and it arrived on Tuesday. Aramex still haven't logged the item.

Its supposed to ship in 6 days according to them but the item hasn't even been logged. I need to find this item ASAP and aramex haven't helped in speed up the process at all. I would understand if it was stuck at customs but I don't even know where the item is.
