Good experience with Aramex delivery

I had a store to door shipment sent to me (first time). Usually it's buy online, get tracking number, get parcel.

It took a few days (I live on the other side of the country), and got my parcel and I was pretty satisfied. Driver was also friendly.

The Whatsapp channel of Aramex is an awful experience. No answer, much delayed answer etc.

Phoning the local Aramex office with the shipment number really helped. Two ladies, named Savannah and Shinese, were very helpful, so they need to be commended.

In the end, a pretty positive experience. Thanks Aramex.
