Go with DHL

Honestly for 2 days straight i fail to get my package ( whilst at home) because driver doesnt call and literally refuses to even knock, comes to the front of the house and then leaves. I call customer support and the answer is always the same ( sorry wait until tomorrow) how am i supposed to wait for something that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, something that i need?
