Global Shopper Shows Continued Incompetence

I have ordered stuff abroad and used Aramex Global Shopper for years. The service, however, has been on the decline and now I have to phone them every time to deal with some problem relating to my order. They consistently close tickets without notice or response and give me the runaround over the phone. Furthermore, they submit low-value items to customs as high value items and then I have to wait 2 extra weeks to have the matter resolved as no one does what they say they will do over the phone. Their website/app is a joke as I have to phone to actually reliably track my parcel. I have grown extremely tired of this incompetence and will use someone else for my future imports.
