Getting ran arounds from Aramax

I sent a parcel on the 27 of May till today the client hasn’t received the parcel I was asked to re send the customers detail I did so but still no luck when I call I’m given run around and the tracking information says the parcel is stuck in Sandton. I haven’t received any assistance I’m really disappointed the service is really not good.
