Futile Delivery Service

I don't know any other appalling delivery service like Aramex, my priority parcel was due on Monday, they then asked me to pay customs which I did then after that their site said my parcel is on its way to their distribution hub but when I chat to their customer service they tell me my parcel hasn't left the airport. Mind you this is supposed to be a priority parcel but no sense of urgency in delivering whatsoever. Stay away from this futile company.
