Furious

I’m having a terrible experience with this company. Thy told me I will receive my order from the 8th of December but till today I haven’t received anything. When I call I’m told that the order is on the way but it doesn’t get to me I don’t know what to do anymore with it I’m so furious. I’m pleading with shain to never give them our orders anymore. Just imagine all 4 days waiting for a package I can’t even go anywhere I’m still waiting and the driver is still somehow driving for 4 days from Polokwane to Tzaneen. I don’t ever want to use them anymore.
