Fumed at aramex

I have ordered stock from China through alibaba and have been waiting for it almost 2weeks to get sent from joburg to port Elizabeth, thereafter I had to wait an additional 4 days when it arrived in port Elizabeth. My parcel got hijacked on my way to get delivered to me and now aramex wants my supplier from China to deal with it because they don't deal with refunds. I have been phoning up and down and no1 can give me clarity. To every business out there, I strongly advice you not to use aramex for your logistics, they are a disgrace of a company.
