****ing terrible service!!! 2 weeks ago my mother sent a parcel to my frail grandmother in Grahamstown, and the **** was ****ing ****** and they sent her ****ing metal plates!!

Absolutely disgraced, this is what you expect from the postal services, not from a private ****ing company!!!
