This is worst courier company you can find. To track on your parcel its a mission. You phone their local offices and promose to get back to you and they never do. You leave feedback on their automated response still no feedback.You phone their head office and you are redirected at least 5 times, no one really knows where is your parcel. At the end of a long call, you heat there has been no movement. the SAPO is way better! Good luck for your troubles if you will use their services. Fastway is the way to go. I have used it several times and no single dissapointmemt.
