FRUSTRATING SERVICE FROM ARAMEX JHB

Posted a drop box parcel Monday 22 June - not delivered by Tuesday - called and was told it was too late for that days' deliveries but will be marked as urgent for Wednesday's deliveries. Not delivered Wednesday - called and was told that it would be delivered on Thursday …...……………. now I'm told that Aramex JHB is closed due to Covid cases and the parcel will not be delivered before Saturday when they hope to open!! Now.... change your advertising Aramex - OVERNIGHT..... does not exist. I have used this service many times with no problem - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Please, whoever is thinking of an urgent delivery (overnight to be exact)… DO NOT use Aramex.

I fully understand the COVID issues but why was the parcel not delivered on Tuesday (it was in JHB at 4.06am Tuesday morning).

I AM LIVID!!
