Frustrating Aramex poor service!!!!!

bought goods from Shein order was delivered 15 October 2021 to Aramex OR Tambo and order was held by Customs for 3 weeks without any communication from Aramex informing me of custom duties to be paid until I called and was told of custom duties to be paid which I paid on the 22 October 2021 and till this day my order has not been delivered to me and no update given ...
